We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 15 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Perfumes are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • We do not offer exchanges — only refunds.

Refund Details

  • We refund only the product price (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
